IN THE MATTER OF APPOINTING A COUNTY ROAD ENGINEER
WHEREAS , effective April 26 , 2004 the position of Public Works Director/County
Road Engineer became vacant ; and ,
WHEREAS , Mason County has conducted an executive search and after
interviewing several candidates has selected William J . Tabor as County Road
Engineer;
WHEREAS , it has been advised by the County Road Administration Board to
appoint the County Road Engineer by resolution ;
NOW , THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Mason County
Commissioners does hereby appoint William J . Tabor as the County Road Engineer for
Mason County effective November 9 , 2004 .
