2004 BUDGET TRANSFER
WHEREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of
making the budget for the year 2004, it is necessary to make provision for a Budget Transfer in the
Treasurer ' s M&O Fund Budget as authorized by RCW 36 .40 . 100 to allow the Treasurer to hire extra
help to assist with tax foreclosure sales . This transfer will not increase the total 2004 Budget for the
Treasurer ' s M&O Fund.
THE BOARD OF MASON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS hereby approves the 2004 Budget
Transfer requested by the Treasurer for the Treasurer ' s M&O Fund ( See Attachment A which is hereby
incorporated as part of this resolution) .
