A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR AN ADVISORY BALLOT FOR AN ALL MAIL BALLOT ON ALL
ELECTIONS WITHIN MASON COUNTY .
WHEREAS, the Mason County Auditor has requested the County Commissioners submit an advisory proposition
on the General Election for an all mail ballot on all elections within Mason County .
WHEREAS, RCW 29A . 48 . 010 provides for the authorization of an all mail ballot;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Mason County Commissioners to call for the submission of
an advisory proposition to the qualified voters of Mason County at the general election to be held on November
2, 2004 for an all mail ballot on all elections within Mason County .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, THAT the Mason County Prosecutor will prepare the language for the advisory
ballot.
PASSED this 7 t h day of September 2004 .
