Declaration of Surplus Property
WHEREAS , several items of miscellaneous property owned by Mason County have been
determined to be surplus to the county ' s needs :
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED , by the Board of Mason County
Commissioners that the following items are declared surplus property :
See Exhibit A. hereby attached .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Treasurer be authorized to hold a public
auction to dispose of said surplus items at the hour of 10 : 00 a.m. (Preview will be at 9 : 00
a. m . ) , Saturday, October 9th1 2004 , at the Mason County Road Department, Central Shop ,
3620 E John ' s Prairie Road, Shelton, Washington .
