IN THE MATTER OF APPOINTING AN ACTING PUBLIC WORKS
DIRECTOR/COUNTY ROAD ENGINEER FOR AN INTERIM PERIOD , NOT TO
EXCEED SIX MONTHS
WHEREAS , effective April 26 , 2004 the position of Public Works Director/County
Road Engineer became vacant ; and ,
WHEREAS , WAC 136 - 12 - 030 ; requires the Board to designate , by resolution , an
acting County Road Engineer for an interim period , not to exceed six months and ,
WHEREAS , the Mason County Human Resources Director has been
directed to begin the recruitment process to fill the position of Public Works
Director/County Road Engineer ,
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED , that the Board of County
Commissioners of Mason County does hereby designate William J . Tabor as acting
Public Works Director/County Road Engineer effective April 26 , 2004 .
