Repealing Ord. 20-98, 21-98, 22-98 North Bay Case Inlet Tap-In Restrictions for Wetland, Flood ORDINANCE 29 - 04 Repealing Ordinance Nos . 20-98, 21 -98 and 22-98 ; North Bay/Case Inlet Tap-In Restrictions for Wetland , Floodplain and Forest Land Properties WHEREAS, the United States Department of Agriculture ( USDA) provided financing of the North Bay/Case Inlet Sewer Project; and WHEREAS, a condition of said financing required the County to establish tap - in restrictions for wetlands, floodplain and forest land properties ; and WHEREAS, the County adopted such restrictions by Ordinance No . 20-98, 21 -98 and 22- 98, on March 3 , 19989 and WHEREAS, USDA has notified the County by letter dated December 24, 2003 , that they are withdrawing the requirements for tap- in restrictions on the North Bay/Case Inlet Sewer Project, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mason County Board of Commissioners that Ordinance Nos . 20 -98, 21 -98 and 22- 98 requiring tap- in restrictions for the North Bay/Case Inlet Sewer Project are repealed .
