NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE
SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON SAID VACATION
RCW 36 . 87
IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF JURGES ENTERPRISES INC .
WHEREAS , NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mason County Board of Commissioners received
a petition for the vacation of:
(see attached description of petition for vacation associated with three parcels ) In the Plat of Detroit
No . 2 , as recorded in Vol . 1 , Page 23 in the Book of Plats in the Mason County Auditor's Office ; April 30 ,
1890 .
WHEREAS , the Board did set a date for public hearing on the matter and directed the Clerk to
prepare notice thereof for posting and publication ;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED , that said hearing has been set for Tuesday, May 11 , 2004
at 9 : 30 a . m . in the Commission Chambers , Mason County Courthouse Building I , 411 North Fifth Street ,
Shelton , Washington at which time and place any taxpayer may appear to hear the County Engineer's report ,
and to be heard either for or against the granting of the petition .

The entire south 30 feet of Atwater Avenue beginning at the centerline of Ninth Street adjacent to the
north side of Blocks 44 , 45 , and 46 ending at the centerline of Sixth Street. The entire south 30 feet of
Congress Avenue beginning at the east side of Tenth Street adjacent to the north side of Block 57 ending
at the west side of Ninth Street. The entire 60 feet of Congress Avenue beginning at the east side of
Ninth Street between Blocks 44, 45 , and 46 and the north side of Blocks 56, 55 , and 54 ending at the
west side of Sixth Street. The entire 60 feet of Crogan Avenue beginning at the east side of Tenth Street
between Blocks 57 and 56 and the north side of Blocks 58 and 59 ending at the west side of Eighth
Street. The entire north 30 feet of Crogan Avenue beginning at the west side of Eighth Street adjacent to

feet of Randolph Avenue beginning at the west side Block 27 extended south adjacent to the south side
of Blocks 27 , 28 and 29 ending at the centerline of Sixth Street . The entire west 30 feet of Sixth Street
beginning at the south side of Woodbridge Avenue adjacent to the east side of Block 29 ending at the
north side of Randolph Avenue . The entire east 30 feet of Sixth Street beginning at the south side of
Woodbridge Avenue adjacent to the west side of Block 30 ending at the north line of Lots 9 and 12 of
