Establishment of NBCI (North Bay Case Inlet) Sewer Utility Reserve Fund 404A00A00
WHEREAS, RCW 36 . 32 . 120 , states " . . the board of county commissioners . . . have the
care of the county property and the management of the county funds and business . . "
WHEREAS, the WA State Department of Ecology Loan Agreement No . L0000021
requires a reserve account to accumulate a reserve for the Loan, equivalent to at least the
average annual debt service on the Loan during the first five (5 ) years of the repayment period
of the Loan;
NOW THEREFORE, the Mason County Board of County Commissioners does
hereby establish 404-000-000, NBCI (North Bay Case Inlet) Sewer Utility Reserve Fund,
to be used for the accumulation of resources as required by the agreement between the
WA State Department of Ecology and Mason County for Loan No . L0000021 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Utilities/Waste Management Director shall
administer this fund as directed and authorized by the Mason County Commissioners .
