WHEREAS , The County Road Fund wishes to purchase the lower level of Mason County Building # 8 , Tax Parcel
No , 32019 51 04001 , a building owned by the Current Expense Fund . , and ;
WHEREAS , The Current Expense Fund wishes to utilize Mason County Building #5 and the adjacent lot, Tax
Parcels No . 32019 5103003 and 32019 5103004 respectively, a building and property owned by the County Road
Fund, and;
WHEREAS, The County Road Fund proposes to transfer Title of Tax Parcels No . 32019 5103003 and 32019 51
03004 , to the Current Expense Fund along with $ 157 , 015 . 00 in exchange for a recorded half interest in the name of
the County Road Fund to one -half of Mason County Building # 8 , specifically the lower level that Public Works
remodeled in 2003 and now occupies , and;
WHEREAS the Mason County Assessors records show the 2003 assessed value of Building # 8 as $ 598 , 000 , and the
value of Building #5 and the adjacent lot as $ 87 , 985 and $ 54 , 000 , respectively, and;
THEREFORE , be it resolved that the Mason County Board of Commissioners do hereby release to the County
Road Fund , interest in one-half of Building # 8 , Tax Parcel No . 32019 51 04001 . In consideration, the County
Road Fund will transfer to the Current Expense Fund the titles to Building # 5 and the adjacent lot, Tax Parcel No ' s :
32019 5103003 and 32019 5103004 respectively, and shall issue a warrant to the Current Expense Fund in the
amount of $ 157, 015 , 00 ,
