COUNTY ROAD CLOSURE
NORTH SHORE ROAD
(County Road No . 70390)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to RCW 47 . 48 . 010 , North Shore Road shall be
closed to all through traffic from Milepost 17 . 80 to Milepost 18 . 60 (that portion locally known as
the Burma Road) The road will be closed at 6 : 00 am, Monday, February 2 , 2004 , and will be
opened at 5 : 00 pm Friday, February 6 , 2004 .
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners has declared the
above described road closure a public necessity to facilitate construction activities for the bank
stabilization project along the North Shore Road (Burma portion) .
THEREFORE, the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to proceed as
prescribed by law .
ADOPTED this 27th day of January, 2004 .
