BUDGET HEARING
The Board held a hearing to consider establishing the 1993 budget at $51,210. Wayne Clifford presented the
proposal.
Cmmr.Hunter asked how the budget figures correlate to the lower house count that was found when they started
the billing.
Mr. Clifford responded that the actual number of households found in the district was 1138 and they had
estimated 1400. They multiplied the 1138 by$45 to come up with the budget figure.

and the Conservation District.
Mr. Clifford noted that the contract with the Conservation District is through Water Quality.
Cmmr. Faughender asked if the money in the 1993 budget will be expended in 1993.
Mr. Clifford responded, yes, that they currently are covered under a loan on this work.
Cmmr.Faughender/Hunter moved and seconded to approve Resolution No.93-3 for the Totten-Little Skookum
Clean Water District. Motion carried unanimously. F-aye; H-aye; P-aye.
OTHER BUSINESS
The Board was advised that all the statements were printed. They found one error in the computer software.
It did not sort the bills by zip code as it was supposed to. They are in the process of sorting them and they
should be in the mail today, if not first thing tomorrow morning.
The programmer will fix this so that they will print by zip code in the future.
