CLEAN WATER DISTRICT MEETINGS The Board offered to have any business that needs to be conducted for the Clean Water District to be brought up during the regular County Commissioners' meeting. It is not advisable to disband the Clean Water District since there.are still funds to collect. There was discussion that the monthly briefing with the advisory board seems to be sufficient and if any action needs to be taken it could be accomplished in the regular County Commissioners' meeting. The Board clarified this could be an agenda item at the Commissioners' meeting. It would be scheduled quarterly or less frequent, as necessary,to conduct the business of the Clean Water District meetings. The Advisory Board asked to be notified if there is an agenda item. Cmmr.
