Faughender, Commissioner William O.Hunter, Commissioner Wayne Clifford, Water Quality Director Brad Banner, Health Services Director The meeting was called to order at 1:30 p.m. by Chairperson Laura Porter. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Cmmr. Hunter/Faughender moved and seconded to approve the 4/4/94 minutes as circulated. Cmmr. Hunter withdrew his motion because he was absent. Cmmr. Faughender/Porter moved and seconded to approve the 4/4/94 minutes as circulated. F-aye; H- abstain; P-aye. CORRESPONDENCE None AUDIT REPORT Wayne reported he will be meeting with the Auditor's office regarding the audit report. He believes it will be a useful tool and will help answer the public's concerns. I Cmmr. Porter noted the overall findings of the Auditor's report were very positive. There were some process detail recommendations to,strengthen internal controls. There were no significant findings. Cmmr. Hunter suggested the final Audit report be made an attachment to the minutes. Cmmr.Porter stated there should be a response on the record by the next Totten/Little Skookum Clean Water District meeting. PROGRAM PROGRESS REPORT Wayne reported the survey'progress. They have completed 33 dye tests and two inspections. Cmmr. Hunter asked how long the dye packets are left out. Wayne replied at least a week, sometimes two weeks. Cmmr.Hunter stated at Lower Hood Canal he has been told there are packets left out for at least a month and then it is redone. Cmmr. Porter asked if the number completed is back on track with the projections. Brad replied a total of 328 have been done and the goal was 333. a TOTTEN/LITTLE SKOOKUM CLEAN WATER DISTRICT PAGE 2, MAY 2, 1994 ADJOURN Cmmr.
