Appointing Persons to the Oakland Bay Clean Water District Advisory Committee Resolution No. 02-2008 A Resolution Appointing Persons to the Oakland Bay Clean Water District Advisory Committee WHEREAS,the Mason County Board of County Commissioners established the Oakland Bay Clean Water District Advisory Committee under Resolution No. 01-2008 on April 22,2008 and, WHEREAS,the Oakland Bay Clean Water District Advisory committee consists of up to 23 persons selected as follows: • One representative of Washington State Department of Health • One representative of the Puget Sound Partnership • One representative of Washington State Department of Ecology • One representative from the Washington State Department of Agriculture • Three citizens-at-large from the Oakland Bay Clean Water District • One representative of the Squaxin Island Tribe • One representative of United States Environmental Protection Agency • One representative of the City of Shelton • One representative of WSU Extension Mason County • One representative of Washington SeaGrant • One representative of Mason Conservation District • One representative of Pacific Shellfish Growers • Two shellfish growers from the Oakland Bay Clean Water District r • Three representatives from non-shellfish related businesses in the Oakland Bay Clean - Water District • One Mason County Commissioner • Three representatives of Mason County Departments and, WHEREAS an announcement was made of positions on the advisory committee and the application deadline has passed. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the individuals listed in Attachment"A"are appointed to the positions listed above.
