APPROVAL OF THE CONTRACT WITH WILLAMETTE DENTAL OF WASHINGTON, INC.
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40.080 states that "...the Board of county Commissioners shall
fix and determine each item of the budget separately and shall by resolution adopt the
budget...

WHEREAS, the contracting for dental services with Willamette Dental of
Washington, Inc. is an integral part of the budgeting process;
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that continuing to offer coverage by
Willamette Dental of Washington, Inc, is in the best interest of the County;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners
does hereby approve the contract with Willamette Dental of Washington, Inc, for the 2007
calendar year:
