notice thereof for posting and publication;

at 9:30 a.m0 in the Commission Chambers, Mason County Courthouse Building I, 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton,
Washington at which time and place any taxpayer may appear to hear the County Engineer's report, and to be
hear the -granting of the petition.
