WIHTFIZE & S, by reason of conditions w -lid could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of making the
budget for the year 2006, it is necessary to make provision for supplemental appropriations to the Budget as
authorized by RCW 36.40.100 and RCW 36.40.195.
An operating transfer from the Capital Improvement REET 2 (Real Estate lK,xcise 1'ax) Fund will be
used for consultant costs in the Wastewater System Development Tund and the Storm Water System
eveoprnent Fund.
