rnprovement Company's Plan of Union City, according to the recorded plat thereof in the office of the
Auditor for Mason County, Recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, Page 8, adjacent to and southerly of the south
line of Lot 16, Block 37, said Plat of Hood's Canal Land and Improvement Company's Plan of Lnion City,
and northerly of that certain line of Tract 12, depicted as "centerline vacated 6th Street", as said Tract 12
is shown on Boundary Line Adjustment No. 96-27, recorded under Auditor's file number 625768, records
of Vason County, State of Washington.
