Roads are required to meet the minimum Mason County Fire Marshal standards for Fire Apparatus Access Roads up to the point where such roads connect with a county maintained public road or to another fire apparatus access road which connects to a county maintained public road. * The foundation/footing must be placed on undisturbed, firm-native soil. * A minimum of 75 percent of all permanently installed lamps in lighting fixtures shall be high efficacy lamps in accordance with IECC/WSEC Section R404.1. * The stamped approved site plan is required to be on-site for inspection purposes. If an inspection is requested and the approved site plan is not on site, approval will not be granted.
