petition for the vacation of the following right-of-way:
The easterly half of Hannegan Street adjacent to Lots 1 & 30 and the southerly half of Haller Avenue
adjacent to Lot 1, Block 80 in the Plat of Union City as recorded on March 16, 1889 in the Vason County Auditor's
Book of Plats, Volume 1, Page 9.
WU=U E R E ,, S, the Board did set a date for public hearing on the matter and directed the Clerk to prepare
notice thereof for posting and publication;

heard either for or against the granting -of the petition.
