WHEREAS, the Port of Shelton has requested that a project titled "Belco
Waterline" be added to the Comprehensive economic $evelopment Strategy Project

also used as a selectoon list for the Wasnington Community Economic Revitalization
Team (WACHR 1 process; and

Conty Commissioners amends the Comprehensive I cononmic Development Strategy
Project _ist by adding the "Belco Waterline" project as Priority 8 and readjusting the
following numbers in their present order as listed in Attachment A.
