petition for the vacation of the following right-of-way:
The east half of Seattle Street adjacent to Lot 24 of Block 12; the north half of Pine Street adjacent to L ots
21, 22, 23 & 24 of Blocr 12; the east half of Seattle Street adjacent to Lot 46 of Block 9 and south half of alleyway
adjacent to Lot 46 of Block 9 of the Plan of Grays Harbor & Union City Railroad Addition to Union City; as recorded
on June 23, 1890 in the Mason County Auditor's Office Book of Plats, Volume 2, Page 1.
VB-F RT S, the Board did set a date for public hearing on the matter and directed the Clerk to prepare
notice thereof for posting and publication;
N W THE -:EF RE E BT B LSCLVE J9 that said hearing has been set for Tesday, March 149 206 at
9:30 aoin the Commission Chambers, Mason County Courthouse Building , 411 North Fifth Street, Shelton,
Washington at which time and place any taxpayer may appear to hear the County Engineer's report, and to be
heard either for or against the granting of the petition.
