harmless from all claims of every kind and character arising out of or in any way
connected with the services given by it for the COUNTY.

MI. Dt is understood that the SHELTON-MASON COJN `Y C,-DAMBER OF COMMERCE is
an independent contractor and is not an agent of the COUNTY, and all personne[ used
by the SHELTON-MASON COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE in connection with
the rendering of services contemplated by this contract shall be employees of the
SHELTN-\/MASON COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE and not the COUNTY, and
shall have no claim against the COUNTY for compensation or other benefits available
to the employees of said COUNT°'.
IV. This agreement shall be for a term o i one year beginning January 1, 2006.

RCE in an amount not to exceed $12,000 to provide visitor
information services at the Hoodsport Visitor Information Center. Funds paid for such
services will be used to :urnish only the services contemplated by this contract and will
