WI EREAS, by reason of conditions which could not be reasonably foreseen at the time of making the
budget for the year 2007, it is necessary to make provision for an emergency appropriation to the budget as
required by RCW 3 6 A-0 0140 due to the unanticipated costs of Jury Trials
