Comments:
MTC on-site as requested toin-place perform _ density testing and visual soil inspection of building pad subgr ade
behind home.
Arrived on site and observed area behind home cut out of native soils 1/4 was cut native and 3/4 appeared to be
imported CSTC FROM 0 TO 8"APPROXIMATELY.
No Proctor was available at time of inspection.
I called client but no answer while on-site,therefore I proceeded with a 1/2"T-probe method.
T-probe method showed 0 to 1/2"penetrating over cut native and imported material.
Native as well as imported material were firm and unyielding at date and time of inspection.
Client contacted me after leaving project and was informed of my results.
To the best of MTC inspector's knowledge,the above-described work was performed in general accordance with project
specifications and approved plans.

#3871FS supplied by Calportland into walls at the location noted above.
One set of five(4"x 8")cylinders was cast for compressive strength test specimens. Refer to Report#C for field',
test results and for more information.
Concrete was placed via Trik concrete pump with hose,was mechanically consolidated with high-cycle vibrator,and
finished by hand,walk-

and finished by hand.No Tremie used at time of testing.
