SPEED LIMITS
MASON COUNTY ROADS
WHEREAS, as authorized by RCW 46.61.415 speed limits on County roads in Mason County,
Washington, were fixed by Ordinance No. 14-81 on April 20, 1981, as 50 miles per hour, except
certain roads as otherwise posted; and,
WHEREAS, said ordinance was superceded in its entirety on July 21, 1987 under Ordinance No.
55-87; and,
WHEREAS, existing conditions on the following road in Mason County warrants speed limit
changes, as shown.

THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED, that the speed limits are
effective immediately as shown on the above listed county roads, and the County Engineer is so
directed to erect the necessary speed limit signs in conformity herewith.
