WHEREAS the Mason County Commissioners have found that tne election of three water -sewer district

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mason County Commissioners hereby submits to a public
vote on May 20, 2008 the question of whether to establish a Water -Sewer District which includes all lands
Tying within the boundaries outlined in the petition of cormation SL bmitted by the c®nmmnnunity as
illustrated in Attachment 1; and, if the Water -Sewer District is approved by the voters, tne question of
whether to approve assessment of a levy for the Hartstene Pointe community.
NOW THEREFORE IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED to provide for the election of 3 (three) water -sewer district
commissioners contemporaneously with the question of whether or not to form the district pursuant to
RCW 57.04. Each of the water -sewer district commissioners shall be elected as at -large representatives
of the entire water -sewer district.
