AMBNDING RESOLUTION 96-07
REVISION TOCOUNTY ROAD PROJBCT NO.; 1903-R
WHEREAS, on Mason County Road No 41640, known locally as the Sl<okomish Valley Road
(Weaver Creek Bridge replacement), and urore specifically located in Section 15&16, Township 21 Nor1h. Range 4
West. WM. at the mile posts listed below; worl< delìned as "construction" in the BARS Manual, Page II-63, et seq, is
deterrnined fo be necessary and proper; and,
WHEREAS, this project is identified as # l9 on the officially adopted County 6Year Transportation
Improvement Program.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their
intention to:
Replace the Weaver Creek Bridge, Worlc to be perfonned at approximate mileposts: 0.66 to 0.72.
SAID WORI( is to be perforrned by day labor/contract in accordance with the Vy'ashington State Standard
Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as adopted by Mason County.
BE lT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above-described County Road Project is necessary and proper, and
the estimated costs of said project are herewith set out as follows:

The County Road Project herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity, and the County Road
Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED to repoft and proceed thereon as by law, provided arrd in
accordance with WAC 136-18,
