The county only has records of one septic system located on parcel 323047590052. The record drawing for this septic system does not include enough information for me to verify if required setbacks would be met to proposed new property lines. We will require a licensed septic designer locate existing septic system components on a site plan and designate a reserve drainfield for proposed parcel 6. The designer will also need to create an After the Fact Asbuilt for the septic system on proposed parcel 7 showing a reserve drainfield. For proposed parcel 8, since the lot is becoming bigger and there is an asbuilt on file, we will not have any further requirements from a designer on this lot.All three septic systems need to have a satisfactory Operations and Maintenance inspection within the last year. For water adequacy, it appears there may only be one well on 323047590052. If this is the case, you will need to have an approved two party well permit. Thank you.
