The county only has records of one septic system on parcel 422114490440 and the asbuilt drawing does not include enough information for me to determine which home it serves and its location. The other two parcels do not have any septic records. We will require a licensed septic designer with locating equipment create an After the Fact Asbuilt for the second system in addition to showing all existing septic components meeting setbacks to proposed property lines on a scaled site plan. We will also require reserve drainfields be designated for both proposed lots meeting all required setbacks. Septic systems will need to have a satisfactory Operations and Maintenance inspection within the last year. We will also require a signed water adequacy form for the second residential lot.
