John Inch, Appellant, was not present at the hearing. Patti McLean, Assessor, was present. The Assessor presented an assessment roll correction on which she stated the sales comparison on the subject property warrants reduction, and the manufactured home plus land value is supported at $615,375. She also mentioned that the additions to the manufactured home do not warrant reclassification to single family residence. Therefore, the Board sets the value for the land at $218,170 and improvements at $397,205 for a total of $615,375 for the subject parcel. The Appellant orally stated his reasons for his petition and requested a continuation of the hearing to September 1 or 6. He stated this was necessary for him to complete his appeal. The Board determined that the hearing would be held June 30, as scheduled. There was no evidence presented by the Appellant to show the Assessor was in error. Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at$56,710 and improvements at $702,980 for a total of $759,690 for the subject parcel.
