WHEREAS, RCW 36.40.090 states that the Board of Mason County Commissioners shall fix the
amount of the tax levies to be raised for the Road Ievy.
IT IS THEREFORE DETERMIìYED, that the following be fixed as the amount to be raised by
ad valorem taxes for the purpose of meeting the expenditures estimated in the 2011 Budget for the Mason
County Road Levy:
