Please click the Zoom meeting link posted on the Mason County homepage and use the “raise hand” feature to be recognized by the Chair to provide your comments and testimony. Public comment and testimony can be provided in -person, and you can also e-mail msmith@masoncountywa.gov; mail in to the Commissioners’ Office at 411 N 5th St, Shelton, WA 98584; or call (360) 427-9670 ext. 419. If you need to listen to the Commission meeting via telephone, please provide your telephone number to the Commissioners’ Office no later than 4:00 p.m. the Friday before the meeting. 1. Approval of Action Agenda Items listed under “Action Agenda” may be enacted by one motion unless a Commissioner or citizen requests an item be removed from the Action Agenda and considered a separate item. 8.1 Approval of Warrants & Treasurer Electronic Remittances Claims Clearing Fund Warrant # 8088831-8089180 $ 1,821,732.36 Direct Deposit Fund Warrant # 88043-88448 $ 803,395.71 Salary Clearing Fund Warrant # 7006724-7006749 $ 548,507.97 Treasurer Electronic Remittance $ - 8.2 Approval of the Eviction Rent Assistance Program 2.0 contract amendment no. 1 with Crossroads Housing for the reallocation of unspent Mason County Admin funds and subcontract unallocated funds for a total of $150,368. 8.3 Approval to appoint Greg Oldham to the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee to fill a vacant Generator position. 8.4 Approval of the 2022/2023 seven replacement vehicle order requests from Enterprise and permission for the Chair to sign for the vehicle order requests as presented. 8.5 Approval of the 2022 Court Commissioner Professional Services Agreement with Tirsa C. Butler for the term of July 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023. 8.6 Approval for Public Works to procure materials and services, advertise, set bid openings, award contracts, and have the Deputy Director and/or Chair sign all pertinent project documents for the Rustlewood Water System Upgrades project. 8.7 Approval of the Private Line Occupancy permit granting permission to run a sewer transport line under West Lost Lake View Drive for address 58 West Lost Lake View Drive. 8.8 Approval for the Public Works Director to execute an agreement with Teresa D. Johnson (TDJ), CPA Inc. to provide technical accounting assistance in the amount of $81,510. 8.9 Approval of the ABCD Dental contract no. K2751 amendment no. 4 to extend services for an additional two years effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024. 8.10 Approval of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Mason County Office of Indigent Defense and Taschner Law d.b.a. Sound Defenders for Therapeutic Services. 9.
