Road Vacation 370 for U.S. Forest ServiceRESoLUronrruo il-tô VACATION FILE NO.37O NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON SAID VACATION RCW 36.87 IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF U.S. FOREST SERVICE WHEREAS, NOTICE lS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mason County Public Works Department received a petition for the vacation of the following right-of-way: All right of way known as the Northeasterly half of Olympic Avenue adjoining Lots 1 and 2, inclusive, Block 17, to the centerline of vacated Harrison Avenue, Plat of Hoodsport, per plat recorded in Volume 2, page 6, records of Mason County, Washington. WHEREAS, the Board of Mason County Commissioners did set a date for public hearing before the Hearings Examiner on the matter and directed Public Works to prepare notice thereof for posting and publication, NOW THEREFORE BE ¡T RESOLVED, that said hearing has been set for Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers, Mason County Courthouse Building 1,411 North Fifth Street, Shelton, Washington at which time and place any taxpayer may appear to hear the County Engineer's report, and to be heard either for or against the granting of the petition.
