67-11 - Res. Authorizing Easement to Public Utility District No. 3
Road: RESOLUTION NO. (Q AUTHORIZATION OF EASEMENT TO PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT 3 WHEREAS, Mason County owns the following described real property located on Grapeview Loop A portion of Lot 4 of Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 1 West W.M., Tax Parcel 12118 22 00012, more particularly described in the attached Exhibit A. WHEREAS, Public Utility District 3, (PUD) has requested that Mason County grant it an easement to locate a power pole guy wire on said property and has provided the County with an acceptable easement agreement; and VV EREAS, the requested easement will not negatively impact the utility or value of the property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mason County Board of Commissioners that granting the requested easement is approved and the Chair is authorized to sign it on behalf of the Board.
