Right of Way Dedication for Replacement of Weaver Creek BridgeRESOLUTION NO. 2 Co eI Right of Way Dedication for Replacement of the Weaver Creek Bridge WHEREAS, Mason County owns a parcel of real property adjacent to the Weaver Creek bridge on Skokomish Valley Road, being a portion of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 15, Township 21 North, Range 4 West, W.M., tax parcel No. 42115-32-60090; and WHEREAS, a portion of said property, as displayed on the official Right of Way Plan for County Road Project 1903, is needed as additional road right of way along the bridge site for bridge replacement and future maintenance; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that conveyance to the public of said property for road right of way purposes is in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mason County Board of Commissioners that additional road right of way adjacent to the Weaver Creek bridge shall be conveyed to the public by way of the Right of Way Deed attached hereto as Exhibit A.
