Amending Res. 113-08 Correcting Allocation of Settlement Amount for Sea Fresh Farms, IncResolution No. I I Amending Resolution 113-08 Correcting the allocation of the settlement amount for the Sea Fresh Farms, Inc. lawsuit WHEREAS, Resolution #113-08 established a three-year loan from the Cumulative Reserve Landfill, Fund #428 to the North Bay/Case Inlet Sewer Utility Fund #403, the Hartstene Pointe Sewer Utility Fund #410 and the Rustlewood Sewer Utility Fund #411 to finance the settlement amount for the Sea Fresh Farms, Inc., et al lawsuit; WHEREAS, an error was discovered on the allocation of the settlement which remains at $350,000; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to amend the allocation of the settlement to reflect the correct amounts paid by each utility (Exhibit A) Dated this 5th day of April, 2011.
