NOW, THEREFORE, EFORE, BE IT h 11RTH H R R H SO ,VED by the Mason Cou'ity Board of
County Cornissioners the County wolf enter onto a ease agreement with Seattle Shell osn for
the lease of the County owned tidelands, parce #22001=44=60570 for a [(minimum duration of ' 6
years and a renews i clause to be determined by negotiation with Vason County receiving
$1,000 per year for eacn acre actov&y being farmed by the lessee plus ' 5% of gross proceeds
realized by Seattle Shel fot ipon each harvest.; and
BE DT IFTH ER RESONED, that the proceeds of the sale of sad property are to be
dedicated first to any expenses incurred by Parks,-acilities, and Property to create and
administer the ease and finally to County Government as the Board of County Cmmissioners
desire; and
BE lT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the chairperson of the Commission is authorized to
sign the lease agreement with the lessee.
