WHEREAS, a Non -Represented Salary Plan was established for those employees not represented by a bargaining unit — Attachment A; WHEREAS, it is determined that it is in the best interest of the county to create a Community Services Department by merging Public Health & Human Services and Community Development; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners does hereby revise the Non -Represented Salary Scale Range Alignment establishing a Salary Range 46, create a Community Services Department and place the Community Services Director at Salary Range 46.
