Approval of Action Agenda Items listed under `Action Agenda"may be enacted by one motion unless a Commissioner or citizen requests an item be removed from the Action Agenda and considered a separate item. 8.1 Approval of Warrants and Treasurer Electronic Remittances Claims Clearing Fund Warrant#8086542-8086788 $ 1,646,733.82 Direct Deposit Fund Warrant#84881-85274 $ 817,064.73 Salary Clearing Fund Warrant#7006476-7006510 $ 539,614.63 Treasurer Electronic Remittance $ 318,034.06 8.2 Approval of the amendment to the interlocal agreement with Thurston-Mason Behavioral Health Organization(TMBHO)to fund voluntary treatment court judicial services and costs. 8.3 Approval of the Electronic Home Monitoring contract between Mason County Juvenile Probation and Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs(WASPC)for electronic home monitoring services in lieu of detention. 8.4 Approval to set a Public Hearing for Tuesday,April 12,2022 to surplus County-owned real property parcel no.32007-13-00050 located off of Johns Prairie Road. 8.5 Approval of the contract with Mason Health to fulfill deliverables for the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program(RCORP)with Health Resources&Services Administration (HRSA). 8.6 Approval to replace the temporary full-time Environmental Health Specialist(EHS)position with a regular full-time EHS. 8.7 Approval for the County Administrator to sign the contract amendment to the Robert W Droll (RWD)Landscape Architecture contract for an additional$1,500 to complete the work on the Parks,Recreation,Open Space,and Trails(FROST)Plan. 8.8 Approval of the Consolidated Homeless Grant(CHG)contract no.22-46108-20 amendment B and the CHG contract amendment with Crossroads Housing for the administration of these funds. 8.9 Approval of the Resolution amending Resolution no.2020-74 authorizing the Community Services Director to approve and sign certain Consolidated Contract(ConCon)amendments. 8.10 Approval of amendment no.2 to Consolidated Contract no.CLH31019 to provide$1,137,881 for DCHS-ELC-COVIDI9 response;carry forward$65,595 for ELC-COVID19;$34,459 for emergency preparedness;overdose data to action;and office off immunization. 8.11 Approval of the Resolution amending Resolution no. 100-16 for County held registered warrant and policy procedures. 8.12 Approval of the contract with Mason County Fire District no. 11 for fire protection,emergency medical,inspections,and fire suppression services to the County's Public Works property and buildings located at 100 W Public Works Drive. 8.13 Approval of the Notification of Final Cost of County Road Construction projects completed in 2021 performed by County forces. 8.14 Approval of a new twenty(20)year lease agreement with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources for the County to continue operating an irrigation system of Class A reclaimed water from North Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant on 50.33 acres of leased forest land. 8.15 Approval for the Deputy Director/Utilities and Waste Manager to execute a contract with Parametrix to provide Post Closure Monitoring and On-Call Services for the Mason County landfill. 8.16 Approval for Public Works to procure the plate compacter off of the Washington State Contract no.2915 from United Rentals for$12,639.17. 8.17 Approval for the County Engineer to trade in three pieces of equipment for a value trade of $77,500 for the purchase of a new John Deere loader off of the NJPA(Sourcewell)joint cooperative purchasing contract no. 03211-JDC with Pape Machinery for cost after trade in of $122,318.14. 8.18 Approval for Public Works to purchase two Automated Flaggers through the Washington State Contract for$33,998 plus sales tax. 8.19 Approval of the Resolution for County Road Project(CRP)no. 2035 for Boyer Road and CRP no. 2036 for Snider Road; both projects to convert the gravel roads to chip seal. 8.20 Approval to post and fill the Environmental Health Management position and appoint Ian Tracy as interim Environmental Health Manager. 9. Staff:Alex Paysse 10.2 Public Hearing to approve the Resolution authorizing the Property Manager to offer the surplus of the County right-of-way easements along tax parcels no. 3 1 9 1 7-22-9 1 043 and 31917-22- 91044 by direct negotiation and without public offering to the previous owners. Offering prices may be established by appraisal,tax assessment,or as is otherwise recommended by the Assessor's Office and final selling prices are to be approved by the Commissioners. Staff.
