This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held virtually via the Zoom platform on Tuesday, December 7, 2021.
Daniel Kronyak, Appellant, was present at the hearing. IdaMae Jensen, Assessor's Representative, and
Patti McLean, Assessor, were present.
The Appellant provided a partial fee appraisal dated September 2020. He noted a$30,000 investment in
improvements was done on the subject parcel. During the hearing, the Appellant had questions regarding
the Assessor's comparable sales chart. The Assessor's Representative answered his questions to his stated
satisfaction.
Finding no clear, cogent or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error, the Board sustains the value
for the land at $57,985 and improvements at $446,965 for a total of$504,950 for the subject parcel.

This decision is based on our finding that:
The hearing was held virtually via the Zoom platform on Tuesday, December 7, 2021.
Byron Swanson, Appellant, was not present at the hearing. IdaMae Jensen, Assessor's Representative, and
Patti McLean, Assessor, were present.
The Appellant stated on his petition that his park model (manufactured home)was being incorrectly
assessed as a structure. He therefore requested a reduction in value to $3,000 from the assessed value of
$74,380. No supporting documentation was presented to support his request.
The Assessor's Representative detailed how manufactured homes are valued at Lake Cushman; that being
as real property.
The Board found no clear, cogent or convincing evidence that the Assessor was in error.
Therefore, the Board sustains the value for the land at$19,115 and improvements at $74,380 for a total of
$93,495 for the subject parcel.
