AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2021-035 TO REVISE THE NON-REPRESENTED SALARY SCALE
RANGE ALIGNEMENT CHANGE THE TITLE OF HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR TO
HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR AND CHANGE THE SALARY RANGE FROM 38 TO 46.
WHEREAS, RCW 36.16.070 states that ... The Board shall fix the compensation of all
employees...;
WHEREAS, the Board has approved changing the Human Resources Administrator title
to Human Resources Director and change the salary range from 38 to 46; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners does
hereby revise the Non-Represented Salary Scale Range Alignment amending the title of the
Human Resources Administrator to Human Resources Director and change the Salary Range
from 38 to 46.
