The failure to request a final inspection or to obtain approval will be documented in the legal property records on file with Mason County as being non-compliant with Mason County ordinances and building regulations. The Washington State Clean Air Act prohibits the burning of any construction or demolition debris in an outdoor fire. " All construction and demolition debris must be removed from the beach after project completion. Proper disposal of construction debris must be on land in such a manner that debris cannot enter or cause water quality degradation of State waters.
