Special inspections Agreement
Certification of Fabrication
10/23/17
New Energy Works Timber framers is fabricating and installing the Doug fir timber frame for the
Smith residence. The frame consists of milled timbers on the exterior and reclaimed timbers on
the interior.
Milled timbers will be provided by Canyon Lumber Mill, 382 11 26th 91, Everett,WA- The
certification Will be included w"timber delivery and N.E.W. Will submit certification prior to
framing inspection
Reclaimed timbers will be certified by West Coast Lumber Inspectors Bureau. Final credentials
of actual inspector will be pfQvided prior to framing inspection
