A total of 36 pin piles were driven on June 91h 101h 11th 2021 by McDowell N.W. using a TB-125 hydraulic hammer. The 2-inch diameter, schedule 80 galvanized pipes were driven to depths between 5 feet and 17 feet below the ground surface. Enclosed is a pile location map, and inspection sheets. Based on our observations, it is our opinion that work was completed in compliance with the required plans and specifications. Thank you for the opportunity to work on this project. A total of 36 pin piles were driven on June 9th, 101h, 11 th, 2021 by McDowell. Driving of the 2-inch diameter pipe piles were completed in a staggered orientation, and in our opinion this orientation meets or exceeds the piles placed at two (2) pile spacing increments.
