Meeting Minutes
February 18 , 2021
The regular meeting was called to order at 5 : 00 p . m . virtually via the Zoom platform
by Chairperson Ickes .
Attendance : Susan Ickes , Chair ; William Kendrick , Vice - Chair ; Mark Nault ,
Commissioner
Others : Tami Beyer , Sheryl Hilt , and Becky Rogers .
Business :
1 . Approval of Minutes : January 21 , 2021 regular meeting minutes .
Cmmr: Nault/Kendrick moved and seconded to approve the January 21, 2021 minutes as circulated
Motion carried unanimously.
2 . Chief Examiner Update
2 . 1 . Position Tracking - 4 vacant funded positions were reported - Corrections
Deputy - 2 ; Financial Assistant - 1 ; and Support Specialist II - 1
3 . Sheriff's Office Update
3 . 1 . Corrections - The Sheriff's Office received an Entry Level Corrections Deputy
eligibility list with two names . However, they are in need of additional names
to fill the vacant positions .
3 . 2 . Patrol - Tami Beyer report that Jake Delany left the agency on 2/ 11 / 2021 .
Becky Rogers stated there are three applications for lateral entry Deputy
Sheriff . These applications will be sent to the Sheriff's Office soon .
3 . 3 . Support Staff - Sheryl Hilt is reviewing the names on the Financial Assistant
Eligibility list and will be moving forward with the interview and background
process .
4 . Adjourn - The meeting adjourned at 5 : 08 p . m . due to no further business .
