Meeting Minutes
February 18, 2021
The regular meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. virtually via the Zoom platform
by Chairperson Ickes.
Attendance: Susan Ickes, Chair; William Kendrick, Vice-Chair; Mark Nault,
Commissioner
Others: Tami Beyer, Sheryl Hilt, and Becky Rogers.
Business:
1. Approval of Minutes: January 21, 2021 regular meeting minutes.
Cmmr. Nault/Kendrick moved and seconded to approve the January 21, 2021 minutes as circulated.
Motion carried unanimously.
2. Chief Examiner Update
2.1. Position Tracking - 5 vacant funded and unfunded FTE positions - Corrections
Deputy - 2; Deputy Sheriff - 2; Support Specialist II - 1
3. Sheriff's Office Update
3.1. Corrections - An Entry Level Corrections Deputy eligibility list was sent to the
MCSO. They are in need of additional names.
3.2. Patrol - Jake Delany left the agency on 2/11/2021 in addition to the two
vacancies reported in the position tracking. Three applications for lateral
entry are being processed and will be sent to the Sheriff's Office.
3.3. Support Staff - Sheryl Hilt is reviewing the names on the Financial Assistant
Eligibility list and will be moving forward with the interview and background
process.
4. Adjourn - The meeting adjourned at 5:08 p.m. due to no further business.
