Subject:Tenant Improvement-51 NE State Route 300-McLendon Professional Center
Good afternoon Mike!
I believe you have been speaking with the general contractor and/or the electrician for
the tenant improvement project at McLendon Professional Center,Ste 100& 101(D&
E). As of this afternoon, we have been awarded to perform the work for the tenant
improvement but it is my understanding that their final inspection is scheduled for
tomorrow,Wednesday 9/16/20.
1 spoke with the permit tech at the County DCD office this afternoon on the process for
permit submittal during their office shutdown and was informed that permits needed to
be submitted through the mail for approval.
The attached permit submittal was dropped today and should arrive in the next day or
two for your review. I wanted to get the package off today and was not able to print the
floor plan on anything larger than 11x17. If you require the plans sent on 24x36 for the
improvements please let me know.
Please let me know how I can proceed and if there is any additional information that
you need.
Thank you!
