This decision is based on our finding that :
The hearing was held virtually via Zoom on June 24 , 2020 .
The appellant noted on the petition that there had been no improvements added to this property since the
last valuation .
The Appellant questioned the increase in value, but provided no clear, cogent or convincing evidence to
overrule the Assessor ' s valuation.
The Assessor provided four comparable sales which had an indicated value range from $ 371 , 559 -
$ 450 , 852 . The value of the subject property fell at the lower end of this range .
The Assessor noted that the home was built in 2008 and the condition of the home was rated as good quality
and in good condition.
The Board sustains the Assessor ' s valuation at $ 82 , 520 for the land, $ 334 , 050 for the improvements for a
total of $416 , 570 for the subject property .

This decision is based on our finding that :
The hearing was held virtually via Zoom on June 24 , 2020 .
The Appellant, Sally Brownfield, was present . IdaMae Jensen, Assessor ' s Representative, was present.
The Appellant testified telephonically that there had been a fire in the kitchen and the mobile home does not
have a working forced air furnace . However, the Appellant provided no evidence to warrant a reduction in
value of the subject property .
The Assessor provided four comparable sales with an indicted value ranging from $ 189 ,299 - $ 239 , 102 .
The value of the subject property at $ 164 ,985 fell at the lower end of this range .
The Board found no clear, cogent or convincing evidence to overrule the Assessor ' s valuation of $ 69, 500
for the land and $ 95 , 485 for the improvements for a total of $ 164 , 985 .
Therefore, the Board sustains the Assessor ' s value for the subject property as noted above .
