Dear Mrs. and Mr. Sharron,
It was my pleasure to inspect your property today located at 731 E. Passage View Lane. The small
structure located to the east of the main residence has been successfully converted to storage space
and is considered an exempt storage structure. This structure cannot be converted back to living space
without first obtaining a building permit and an Accessory Dwelling Unit-Special Use Permit.
